Ram Racing needs your help to get to competition this spring!

The 2024 Ram Racing Formula SAE team is a force to be reckoned with. Our team has been hard at work on our new car, and our ambitious goals have us days away from setting our car on the ground and testing it, but we need your help to fund the final details of finishing the car, testing, and attending competition in May. Our team has banded together and has been knocking on Old Town doors, and doing everything we can to make sure that our hard work is not in vain, and we get to see the fruit of our effort laying fresh rubber on hot asphalt. Despite these challenges, we have grown strong, and your support will help empower the leaders of the next generation.

On May 7th, we'll proudly represent Colorado State University as we embark on a journey to Michigan where we will be head-to-head with universities from Brazil, Germany, Poland, and schools like Purdue, MIT, and more. This isn't just a competition, it's a platform where we showcase our collective dedication, technical prowess, and sheer determination.

Our competition includes dynamic events that test our car's reliability, acceleration, braking, endurance, and of course, driver skill and vehicle capability. Not only this but our project is run like a small business, the competition tests us on our ability to navigate through supply-chain and vendor challenges and to encourage us to innovate and think towards the future development of our team.

Our car is designed with little to no compromise (hence our budget problem). We have shaved over 15% of our total weight and introduced advanced manufacturing techniques and solutions to our vehicles. We have had students putting in long hours machining and fine-tuning designs to create a high-performance machine that is tunable, simple, and advanced. Ram Racing isn't just about building cars, it’s shaping futures. Our students are equipped with skills you can't teach and are prepared to thrive in industry and beyond. Our team took our knowledge gained last year and developed an incredible vehicle that we intend to take to the podium.
