With 1 in 3 students at Colorado State University facing food insecurity, $10 is the difference between surviving and thriving. When a nutritious meal isn’t guaranteed, learning can take a back burner. Rams Against Hunger is our community’s answer. A Community of Care

Through food pantries, a meal swipe program, assistance navigating SNAP benefits and more, Rams Against Hunger fights food insecurity to nourish our community. The meal swipe program loads meal credits directly onto student RamCards that can be redeemed in any campus dining hall. More than 800 students have already applied for swipes this semester alone. 

The Meal-Swipe program is also 100% donor-funded, and on Giving Tuesday, that’s where you come in. This annual celebration of collective generosity brings Rams together to help meet students’ basic needs and help them thrive. When Rams give, it sends a message to those 800 students – and to every other Ram – that we’re not just a community of knowledge, we’re a community of care.
