Growing Teams, Upcoming Competitions, and Community Events!

Over the past year, there has been a surge in interest among students in competitive timber sports, leading to the rapid growth of the CSU Logging Sports team. As our team continues to grow, we are seeking funding to attend conference competitions, purchase new equipment, and host community events. We currently have over thirty active members, participate in the Association of Western Forestry Clubs conference, and practice over twenty events. Our next competition will be at Oregon State University, where we will compete against other universities. With this funding, we hope to encourage students to join an exciting and inclusive timber sports team where they develop new skills, make lifelong friends, and preserve collegiate timber sports.
